CA Inter May 2023 Exam: ICAI Announces A Special Exemption For Provisionally Registered Students: In order to participate in the inter exams in May 2023, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has given CA Intermediate level candidates who have tentatively registered through the direct entry route a relaxation until July 31, 2022.

- The waiver has been given as a one-time measure to help students who have provisionally registered in the Intermediate Course through the direct admission route overcome the difficulty they are experiencing as a result of the non-declaration of results of the final year of graduation.
- Before filling out the examination form for the Intermediate course starting in May 2023, students who have been provisionally registered for Intermediate through the Direct Entry route up until July 31, 2022, will need to provide satisfactory proof that they passed the graduation examination with the minimum marks specified in sub-regulation (4) of Regulation 28F.
- After passing the ICITSS, these students, it was said in the statement, must begin their practical training on or before October 1, 2022, and they must then sit for the intermediate test in May 2023.
