Border Security Force (BSF), Home Affairs Ministry of India has released Notification for 1072 Head Constable (Radio Operator & Radio Mechanic) Male and Female Post. Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens. Candidates can apply through Online from 14.05.2019 to 12.06.2019.

Name of the Post:
- Head Constable (Radio Operator) – 300
- Head Constable (Radio Mechanic) – 772
Age Limit:
- For General Category – Candidates should have completed Minimum 18 years to Maximum 25 years as on 12.06.2019.
- For OBC Category – Candidates should have completed Minimum 18 years to Maximum 28 years as on 12.06.2019.
- For SC & ST Category – Candidates should have completed Minimum 18 years to Maximum 30 years as on 12.06.2019. For Age Relaxation Details, Candidates can refer the official Notification.
Education Qualification: Candidates should have Completed Matriculation or equivalent and ITI (Relevant Trades) or 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
BSF Head Constable Selection Process:
- First Phase
Written Test (OMR Based Screening Test – 28/07/2019) - Second Phase
(i) PST, PET & Documentation – 09/10/2019
(ii) Descriptive Written Test – 24/11/2019 - Third Phase
Final Medical Examination -30/01/2020 - Final Result
Pay Scale:
- Head Constable (Radio Operator) – Level 4 in the pay matrix
- Head Constable (Radio Mechanic) – Rs.25,500 to Rs.81,500
