BRO GREF Recruitment 2022 – Instruction:

• Your son has been forwarded a specified application form (DD form) for consideration of appointment on compassionate grounds. Please read each column attentively and correctly fill in the blanks. The candidate, a permanent government employee, and a Welfare Officer (which can be a Tehsildar, Block Development Officer, or District Welfare Officer) must all sign the main application form (DD form) on page 2 of the form.
• The application form also includes a form of “No Objection Certificates” and the nominee’s “Undertaking.” Both certificates can be correctly filled out. The NOK of the dead must sign the ‘No Objection Certificate,’ while the candidate must sign the undertaking (Candidate for appointment). Both of the following certificates must be seen and countersigned by a Gazetted Officer with a clear office seal as proof of correctness.
• Please include photocopies of your education/technical degree certificate and any relevant experience, if any, together with the DD form.
• It should be mentioned that your son’s age should be between 18 and 27 years old if he has completed 8th grade, and between 18 and 30 years old if he has completed matric and above. Only after receiving the aforementioned application form from your son, duly filled in all respects, as well as copies of educational certificates and other documents, can employment action be taken.
• A blank certificate with information about your family and any property you own is provided for you to fill out. Please return the same along with the DD form after receiving the signature of the Tehsilder / Collector.
