BPSC Age Limit
There is no minimum and maximum age limit fixed for the post of Head Teacher in BPSC. Age of Superannuation is 60 years.
BPSC Headmaster Eligibility
- Applicant must be a Citizen of India and resident of State of Bihar.
- Candidate should have completed Graduation from recognized University with minimum 50% of marks. 5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST/EBC/BC/Differently able/female and EWS candidates.
- Applicant must have completed D.El.Ed/B.T/ B.Ed./B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed/ B.L.Ed.
- Candidate must be qualified in Teachers Eligibility Test for Test for those teachers who have been appointed in the year 2012 or onwards.
- Teachers who appointed before 2021 must be qualified efficiency Examination.
BPSC Headmaster Experience Required
Applicant needed to have minimum 8 Years of regular service as basic grade teacher of Panchayat Elementary teacher or Urban Elementary Teacher under Panchayat Raj Institutions and Urban Local Body Institutions.

BPSC Selection Process
BPSC Head Teacher selection process consists of written examination. Written Exam contains 150 questions. This will be objective. Each wrong answer carries 0.25 negative marks. Exam duration is 2 hours. There will be no interview for this post.
BPSC Headmaster Salary
Selected candidate for the post of Head Teacher in BPSC will get paid for Rs. 30500 per month.
BPSC Application Fee
- General candidates required to pay Rs. 750 as application fee.
