HR Director Education Requirements
For the post of Director (Human Resources) Candidate should have completed graduation with good academic record from recognized university or Institution and completed post graduate diploma or Degree in Personnel management or Human resource Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma or Programme in Management (PGDM/PGPM) from a recognized University/Institution by the government of India
Experience Required for BPCL Recruitment 2021
Candidate should have minimum five years of cumulative experience during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations in an organization. Application on the date of application should be worked in regular capacity not in contractual basis or ad-hoc capacity in CPSE or Central Government organization including armed forces of the union and all India services or State Public Sector Enterprises or Private Sector where the annual turnover of the sector must be over Rs. 10000 crore or more

Director HR Salary

Contract Period for Director HR in BPCL
Recruitment for the Post of Director (Human Resource) in completely based on contract. Selected candidate will be appointed initially for 5 years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further others.
BPCL Selection Process
Candidates from Central Government or Armed forces will be appointed on immediate absorption basis. Candidate from CPSE, SPSE and private sector were selected based on performance on interview. If candidate is unwilling to join after interview he/she will debarred for the period of 2 years from the date of interview for being considered for a Board level post in any CPSE.
