Bombay High Court Recruitment 2022 Qualification:
- Presidential Officer of National Industrial Tribunal – The candidate who can apply for this post of, a person who has been a Judge of a High Court holds this post can play.
- Presidential Officer of Central Government Industrial Tribunal – The qualification, eligibility, salary and other terms and conditions for the appointment of a candidate will be governed by the provisions of the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021and Tribunal Rules, 2021.

Age Limit of Presidential Officer of National Industrial Tribunal: Any person who has attained the age of 65 years shall not be appointed or continue to the post of Chief Officer of the National Tribunal
