Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Execute a potential vision and plan for the company’s current and new product offerings to be digitised.
• Conceptualize product and platform growth technologies, and seek market and cost approvals from senior management.
• All product and platform development/enhancement projects, including BRDs, FSDs, and other stakeholder approvals, are developed, managed, and overseen.
• Manage product modification activities and ensure that product changes are communicated effectively through departments such as sales, legal, enforcement, and others.
• Manage overall relationships with internal stakeholders such as various Business Heads, IT, Information Security, Risk, Enforcement, and others for product growth. Knowledge and deployment of products such as SEBI MTF, Share as Collateral, and platform improvements such as mobile apps and browsers would be a plus.
• Develop and execute customer engagements, as well as the client life cycle and journey, in order to keep current customers happy.
• Work with control functions like Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Risk to conduct periodic product reviews and ensure that they are offered in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned at any time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• to stay up to date with business awareness and intelligence
• Responsible for ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with Compliance and Risk
• As required, provide daily updates to your immediate superior

Job specific skills:

• It would be preferred if you have prior experience in a similar position.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Must) Thorough understanding of current broking technologies
• Should be well-versed in the financial markets
• Should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and constructive
• Experience working in a retail brokerage firm’s front and back offices
• Should have excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to function individually as well as in a group
