BOBCAPS Eligibility Criteria 2021:

The candidates should have Graduate, with preference for MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas with 10 to 15+ Years of work Experience which 5 years should be in above profile.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with traders from FII Props, HEDGE Funds, and FII Long Only Local Funds as an Institutional Equity Sales Trader.
• Have knowledge of Indian capital markets and trends so that you can advise buy-side traders on market developments and the best execution.
• Algorithm Trading, Bloomberg Hands-on Expertise, Pair Trading, Arbitrage Trading, and NSE – CM & FNO Trade Handling Expertise

Job specific skills:

Applicants should –

• Have a strong network of DIIs and FIIs with whom you may collaborate.
• Have excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing
• Have a working grasp of CASH and Derivative trading, as well as the Omnisys system.
• When it comes to trade execution, be swift, prompt, and efficient. Good Bloomberg knowledge, fix order management, and Blocks sourcing abilities
• Clients should be able to sell investing and trading ideas to you.
• Be self-motivated, disciplined, and innovative, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, ethics, and ability to respond to customer needs.
