• Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree in MBA/CA or equivalent from recognized university in India/ overseas & should have 15+ year’s experience needed. Compensation will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will discuss on a case-by-case basis.

• Relevant experience across domestic loans, ECBs, credit facilities – fund based/ non fund based. A deep understanding of corporate credit, project finance, working capital, banks working style, banks structure and with ability to structure deals is essential.
• Excellent relationship with Banks/ FIs/ NBFCs at various levels.
• In depth knowledge of DCM segment including Retail &Institutional.
• In depth knowledge of Indian Debt Capital market for corporate &institutional financial services.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in debt syndications, debt
