- Investment Banking Debt Head Should be able to handle/ supervise Syndication, Project Finance Advisory,Refinancing, Financial Appraisal, Project Appraisal, Due DiligenceMandates independently from formulation of a proposal till the creditapproval of the same and documentation, Should have excellent relationship with Banks, FIs, NBFCs at various levels, Should have excellent experience in liaising with Banks, FIs, NBFCs.
- Developing and maintaining senior relationships & coordinating withCorporate clients.
- Developing and maintaining senior relationships & coordinating withStress Funds / Sovereign Funds / Strategic Investor (sector agnostic) forsale of stressed portfolio of various Banks.
