BOB Recruitment 2021 – Last Date to Apply for Business Correspondent Supervisor Vacancy. Bank of Baroda (BOB) will end the application procedure for the posts of Business Correspondent Supervisor of 3 vacancies. Eligibility:

• Age limit should be between 21 years and 45 years
• The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years
• Aspirants should have completed graduate with Computer knowledge
• Candidates who are all completed M.Sc (IT)/ BE(IT)/ MCA/MBA will be preferred
• The candidates should be proficient in reading and writing English and Hindi language.

For Retired Bank Employees:

• The upper age limit of continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
• The candidates was served in the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose
• All Applicants should have rural banking experience at least 3 years.

Salary Details:

Monthly Remuneration will comprising both fixed and variable components. The variable components will be ascertained based on the score secured by each BC agent on various parameters.

Selection Details:

• The contract will be initially for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 6 months.
• Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Interview.
• Based on the recommendations of the committee, the Regional Head would approve the appointment of individual BC Supervisor.
• Interview details will be informed to the candidates later
