BOB Manager Educational Qualification:
Product Manager – Cash Management:
B.E/*B.Tech/MCA/MBA/CA from Govt. recognized University/ institutes accredited by AICTE/UGC.
The Head: Collection & Debt Management
Candidates must pass Graduation from Recognized University / Institute as approved by Central Government.
Credit Operations Manager:
Candidates must pass Graduation from Recognized University / Institute as approved by Central Government.
BOB Manager Experience Qualification:
Product Manager – Cash Management:
Minimum of 5 years of Cash Management Product Development experience (Preference will be given to the candidates having prior experience in the product development.
The Head: Collection & Debt Management:
The applicant must have at least 25 years of work experience in Retail Assets across functional verticals in reputed Banking and Financial services with exposure mostly in risk and collections.
Credit Operations Manager:
The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Banking and Financial services.

Remuneration offered will be as per market/industry trends and is based on candidate’s qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the respective post and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.

Selection will be based on shortlisting and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion.
