Bank of Baroda Eligibility Criteria 2021:
Qualification:
- Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree from an accredited university. Postgraduate degrees in agriculture, veterinary science, sociology, psychology, and social work should be given preference. They should be able to communicate well in the local language.
- Applicants must be a former banker with at least 5 years of experience in a nationalized bank, RRB, or private company. Bank or any other field that is important.
Bank of Baroda Age Limit 2021:
Candidates must be between the ages of 64 at the time of contract appointment, provided they are in good health.
Bank of Baroda Pay Scale 2021:
The salary for the post is Rs.15000/- plus maximum Rs. 5000/- towards conveyance expenses on reimbursement basis (total Rs. 20000).
BOB Selection Process 2021:
Candidates for the role will be chosen through an interview procedure. The candidates will be graded by the interview panel based on the characteristics specified in the official notification. The final grade will be based on the average of all members of the interview panel.
