Relationship manager Age Limit
Candidate’s age should not exceed maximum age limit of 55 years to apply for the post of Relationship Manager in BOB Recruitment 2022.
BOB Financial Job Eligibility Criteria
- Retired Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) of the rank of Subedar Major or Subedar of Army and equivalent ranks of Navy and Air Force are eligible to apply.
- Honorary Commission JCO will be preferred for this post.
- Candidates needed to have skills in credit card acquisition, Armed Police Forces, KYC, AML, Defense and Collection Management.
- Applicant needed to have minimum 5 to 10 years of work experience in related field.
Relationship Manager Skills Required
Candidates needed to have Good oral and presentation skills, Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, Self-motivated, goal oriented and multitasking, High energy and ability to create good relationship with Defense Staff.
Relationship Manager Roles and Responsibilities
- Building synergy and approach Defence/Central Armed Police Forces
- Units/Stations/Cantonments/Establishments for credit card acquisition.
- Doing presentations/seminar.
- Ensure effective follow up process in Defence/Central Armed Police Forces Units/Stations/Cantonments/Establishments post sales presentations.
- Collection Management, Visibility Management.
- Execution of BTL (Below the Line) activities at defined locations.
BOB Financial Salary Structure
Selected candidate for the post of Relationship Manager – Armed Forces will get paid based on qualification and experience. Remuneration is fixed and variable.
