- Ensuring timely month-end and year-end book closing process and institutionalizing best practices for financial reporting
- Work closely with business groups on complex and ambiguous business problems using an interdisciplinary approach.
- Process work flow, new initiatives, resource & capacity planning.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrates a detailed knowledge and understanding of large Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and ODS
- Responsible for Loans and Portfolio Programs like Reduced Rate of Interest, Payment Holidays etc.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS to the management on the recent document fraud.
- Responsible to monitor redressed of customer complaints
- Partner with business, marketing, service, analytics, and third-party teams to design and execute product value proposition and roadmap.
- Comprehensive review of AML alerts which would include review of customer profile, transaction pattern, statement analysis to identify potential money laundering activities during transaction monitoring
- Thrive where complex business goals, product design and development, interaction design, current and emerging technologies, marketing and brand strategy converge.
- Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
- Appropriate action on the VISA/MASTER network to resolve these disputes and etc.
