There are 2 vacancies offered for the post of BC Supervisor in BOB Recruitment 2021.
BOB Eligibility Criteria
To apply for BC Supervisor Recruitment 2021, young candidates must be between the ages of 21 years and 45 years. Retired bank employees must be under the age of 65 years to apply.
BOB Eligibility Criteria
Young Candidates: Candidates must have completed bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. The applicant needed to have knowledge in Microsoft Office, email, Internet and among other things. Candidates with a master’s degree in information technology, a bachelor’s degree in IT or MCA or MBA will be preferred.
Retired Candidates: Retired officers of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager or Retired clerks with JAIIB Certificate can apply. Retired employees must have rural banking experience for minimum 3 years.
BOB Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. Candidates will be chosen based on their performance in the interview. The interviews will take place at the Regional Offices. Interview details will be sent through emails only.

Selected candidate for the post of BC Supervisor will paid for Rs. 15000 per month as basic pay and Based on performance candidates will also incentive for up to Rs. 10000 per month.
