As per the notification, Candidates must have earned a Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR a Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Candidates should not be older than 30 years old (Relaxable for Government Servants up to 05 years in accordance with the instructions issued by Central Government).
A duly constituted Selection Committee will select the Junior Hindi Translator. The Selection Committee’s judgement will be final in this recruitment procedure. The selection will be done by written exam/interview. The call letter will provide the date, time, and location of the interview/written exam. The shortlisted candidates shall get as per the 7th CPC, Level-6 of the pay scale Index 1-Rs.35400/- per month. The candidate must also include a Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) application fee payable to “Board of Apprenticeship Training (Southern Region), Chennai.
