Eligibility Criteria:
- The Educational Qualification for Chief Engineer (S&T) is Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering (Knowledge in Kannada will be an added advantage.)
- The Educational Qualification for Chief Engineer is Degree in Civil Engineering. (Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage. Experience of working in any metro project)
- The Educational Qualification for Chief Electrical Engineer (E&M) is Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Power Engineering. (Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage. Experience of working in any Metro project is desirable)
- The Educational Qualification for General Manager (Rolling Stock – Maintenance) is Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication/Mechanical Engineering. (Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage. Experience of working in any Metro project is desirable)
- The Educational Qualification for Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock – Maintenance) is Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication/Mechanical Engineering. (Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage. Experience of working in any Metro project is desirable.)
- The Educational Qualification for Dy. General Manager (S&T) is Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering. (Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.)
- The Educational Qualification for Dy. General Manager (Stores) is Degree in Mechanical /Electrical / Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Communication / Civil Engineering. (Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.)
Experience:
- The Experience for Chief Engineer candidate is minimum 05 years experience out of Fifteen (15) years in Planning, handling of large value procurement tenders for S&T Works through ICB process including preparation of technical specification, design, review, evaluation, interfacing, testing & commissioning in Railways / Railway Construction / Railway PSUs or any Metro Rail project.
- The Experience for Chief Engineer is Should have a minimum of 05 years experience out of the Seventeen (17) years in planning, tendering and executing multi-disciplinary/large infrastructure projects such as Metro/MRTS/Railways/elevated. Roads/Tunnels/ports/airports etc.
- The Experience for Chief Electrical Engineer (E&M) is minimum 05 years experience of Fifteen (15) years in Planning, handling of large value procurement tenders for E&M Works through ICB including preparation of technical specification, design, evaluation, review, testing & commissioning.
- The Experience for General Manager (Rolling Stock – Maintenance) is minimum 05 years experience of Fifteen (15) years in Planning, handling of large value procurement tenders for E&M Works through ICB including preparation of technical specification, design, evaluation, review, testing & commissioning.
- The Experience for Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock – Maintenance) is minimum 03 years experience in handling large value procurement tenders for Rolling Stock Works through ICB process, including preparation of technical specification, design, review, evaluation, interfacing, testing & commissioning in Railways / Railway Construction / Railway PSUs or any Metro Rail project.
- The Experience for Dy. General Manager (S&T) is minimum 03 years experience in handling large value procurement tenders for Rolling Stock Works through ICB process, including preparation of technical specification, design, review, evaluation, interfacing, testing & commissioning in Railways / Railway Construction / Railway PSUs or any Metro Rail project.
- The Experience for Dy. General Manager (Stores) is minimum 03 years experience in handling large value stores, inventory management, tendering & procurement of project spares, tools & equipment and general items on ERP platform in Railways / Railway PSUs / Production Units.
Pay Scale: Parent Pay plus deputation allowance and other applicable allowances (Refer Official Notification) for detailed information. *The Appointment of the Post is based on the Deputation. IRSSE – Level 13 / 14, in pre-revised Pay Band Rs. 51300-73,000 with Grade pay Rs. 10000 / 8700 in regular service
