The vacancy is in Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, Hyderabad, Telangana. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work on an Industry Project sponsored by Redpine Signals Inc. under the supervision of Dr. Parikshit Sahatiya, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus. The project involves the fabrication and characterization of Flexible Memristors and their application in AC signals analysis.

Candidates should have a strong background in Device Physics and Solid State Electronics. Prior experience in Device Fabrication, Synthesis and Characterization of Nano materials with GATE qualification is desirable. Selected candidate may be permitted to register for Ph.D. program of BITS, Pilani, subject to the fulfillment of the requirements.
