Job Description:
- 6+ years of hands-on work experience in Tableau 10.
- Tableau development, Metadata creation and documentation
- Advance Tableau features such as mobile authoring, integration with R etc.
- Sound understanding of using Tableau with multi- dimensional data sources such as OLAP cube
- Knowledge of roles of Viewer vs Explorer vs Creator from data security perspective
- Extract Data source refresh schedules
- Good knowledge on Tableau Metadata tables and Postgres SQL
- In-depth knowledge over – Data Blending and Data Table Joins, Embedded Charts within Tooltips
- Knowledge on DW/BI/star Schema Data Integration
- Experience of Tableau Life Cycle Management.
Requirements & Analysis Responsibilities:
- Drive UAT activities with business partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Ability to communicate with business on any issues reported with the reports/data and do the root cause.
- Ability to apply past knowledge to provide suggestion to improve quality of support.
- Excellent communication/presentation inter-personal skills to present to/liaise with all levels of stakeholders.
