BHEL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed Full-Time B.Sc Engg/B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical). Any higher technical qualification if any would be preferable.
- The applicant should have experience of working for more than 30 years with Indian Railways/Metro Railways.

The Senior Advisor will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs. 1, 25,000/- per month. In addition to this, reimbursement of monthly mobile phone charges, Company transport for official use, HRA/ Company accommodation etc. shall also be admissible as per the company guidelines.
