BHEL Company Qualification:

Any Graduate with PG Degree/ Diploma (Full time) in Management with minimum of 60% Marks from a recognized University*/ Institute.

*University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis/ handling analytical assignments in the field of Finance

BHEL Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:

Upper age limit of 32 years(as on 01/03/2022)

BHEL Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:

If the number of eligible applicants is in the ratio of up to 1:8 to the number of vacancies, Candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions will be called for a Personal Interview. However, if the number of eligible applicants is in excess of the ratio of 1:8 to the number of vacancies, then all the eligible candidates shall be called for a Group Discussion. Group Discussion shall be the qualifying stage of the selection process.

BHEL Salary:

Compensation       

Rs.71,040/- per month. (all-inclusive consolidated compensation)

Job Role:

The positions require understanding of Business Finance and undertaking systematic analysis in the following areas:

1) Identification of areas for cost cutting

2) Focused areas for improvement

3) Customer centric reviews

4) Target activities for realizing funds from customer

BHEL Recruitment 2022 Application Fee:

All candidates are required to pay a Non-Refundable Processing Fee of Rs.300/- +GST (@18%) (i.e Rs.354/- Rupees Three Hundred and fifty-four only). Processing Fee has to be paid online.
