BHEL Job Eligibility 2023:
- Any officer retired from the rank of Brigadier (retd.) or Colonel (retd.) from the Indian Army meeting the following eligibility criteria can apply.
- The applicant must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
- The applicant should have experience of more than 30 years with the Indian Army.
- The applicant should have at least 5 years’ experience (preferably in the last years of service) with exposure to acquisition programs, defense procurement procedures and policies, and liaison with
- Defense Headquarters, DRDO, Ministry of Defense, etc.
- The applicant should have technical knowledge of land systems, e.g., air defense artillery and armored vehicles, and their associated systems and equipment.
- Should have experience in field trials and upgrades of equipment and systems.
BHEL Recruitment 2023 Age Limit:
- The applicant’s age should not be more than 64 years old.
- Applicants retired under the VRS Scheme shall be considered only after attaining 60 years of age.

BHEL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates may be called for an interaction, if required, by a duly constituted selection board.
BHEL Recruitment 2023 Salary:
The senior consultant will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs. 90,000 per month, and the consultant will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs. 84,000 per month.
