Eligibility Criteria:

The Maximum Age limit for applying Senior Consultant post is 64 years.  The Educational Qualification for applying Senior Consultant post is Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical discipline. Masters in any engineering discipline is desirable.

*Note: Applicants retired under VRS Scheme shall be considered only after attaining 60 years of age.

Experience:

• The applicant should have work experience of 30 years plus in Nuclear Power sector. Candidates should have technical knowledge and expertise with a rich experience in areas of Nuclear Power like Document Management/ Approval process within NPCIL, Project Management, and Trouble shooting of issues related to Nuclear Power Plants within India.
• The candidate should also have experience of dealing with/ liaising with NPCIL. Experience as a Group head or team leader of Project Management/ Project execution team associated with execution of 700 MWe or higher rating Nuclear Power Projects is desirable.

Pay Scale:

The Salary for Senior Consultant Post is Rs. 90,000/- Per month.  In addition to Salary phone charges (up to Rs.2000/-) for one connection and Transport allowance (10%) and Housing Allowance and also eligible for applying TA/DA on official tours as per rules.

Selection Process:

The Selection Process is based on the performance in interaction session.  The candidates are scrutinized by a committee.  The shortlisted candidates will called for Interactions. The applications, received against the notification, will be scrutinized by a committee and the shortlisted candidates may be then called for an interaction, if required, by a duly constituted Selection Board. The outside candidates called for the interaction shall be reimbursed the travel expenses as given below: By Rail: AC-First Class or By Air: By Economy Class Air fare.
