Bharti Airtel Plans To Recruit Engineers – To Strengthen Its 5g Rollout: Bharti airtel, India’s second largest telecom industry plans to recruit women engineers by offering them the required support like setting up a work environment in remote areas and more. This step was taken to improve its 5G rollout plan.
They are aiming to build its workforce and diversity by recruiting more engineers onboard. In an interview with Economic Times, “Amrita Padda”, chief people officer of Bharti Airtel said that they wanted to up skill its workforce and work environment by recruit more women engineers by making desired standards to make a diversity in a company.

As for now airtel 5G plus service is available 12 Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Varanasi, Siliguri, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Chennai, Gurugram, Panipat, Patna and Guwahati. Airtel plans to give 5G plus services across the country by early 2024. They planned to give a seamless 5G across the country. In adequate to that, they are planning to improvise its workforce to strengthen its 5G rollout.
