BERC Job Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should be a retired Government officer.
- Applicant should have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized University.
- The candidate should have fair knowledge of various establishment/finance related rules/regulations of State Government and capable of handling administrative matters.
- Experience of drafting and finalization of cadre rules of employees for at least five separate entities or separate departments required.
BERC Selection Process
All application will be scrutinized and shortlisted by a Selection Committee. Selected candidates will get shortlisted for interaction/Interview.

BERC Salary Structure
Selected candidates will get receive consolidate fee decided by the commission, after considering the suitability and experience of the candidate. Selected candidates will be appointed for the period of 3 month.
