Age Limit

Candidate upper age limit for Deputy General Manager is between 46 years to 51 years, for Assistant General Manager is between 43 years to 48 years, for Senior Manager is between 40 years to 45 years, Manager is between 37 years and 42 years and for Assistant Manager is between 33 years and 38 years as on last date is needed.

Education Qualification

For R & D, Planning, and Marketing: Candidate should have first class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile/Production from a recognized university/Institution. M.Tech qualification will be preferred.

For Maintenance: candidate should have first class degree in Engineering in Electrical from a recognized university/Institution.

For HR: candidate should have First Class Graduate with Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2yrs. full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution. Degree in Law is desirable.

For Finance: Candidate should be Qualified CA/ICWA is needed.

For Company Secretary: candidate should be Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India. Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will be preferred.

For Corporate Communication: Candidate should have Master in mass communication (or) First Class Graduate with 2years full time diploma in Journalism. Additionally MBA in HR/LLB will be preferable.

BEML Recruitment 2022 Salary

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Deputy General Manager is Rs. 90000 to Rs. 240000/- PM, for Assistant General Manager is Rs. 80000 to Rs. 220000/- PM, for Senior Manager is Rs. 70000 to Rs. 200000/- PM, for Manager is Rs. 60000 to Rs. 180000/- PM and for Assistant Manager salary is Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000/- per month from the respective board.
