BEL Eligibility Criteria 2021
Age Limit
Candidate’s age should not exceed maximum age limit of 28 years as on 01.12.2021 to apply for Trainee Engineer post in BEL. 5 years of age relaxation will be given for SC/ST candidates. 3 years in age relaxation given for OBC candidates and 10 years of age relaxation given for PwBD candidates.
Educational Qualification
- Candidate should have completed BE or B.Tech in Civil or Electrical from recognized University or Institution.
- Applicant should secured minimum 55% of marks in their graduation. For SC/ST and PwD candidates no minimum qualifying marks given. Pass class is enough.
- Applicants who have minimum 6 months of post qualification industry experience is related disciplines will be preferred.
BEL Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on the marks obtained in BE or B.Tech course and previous work experience. Interview call letters will be sent through email only. Final selection will be based on overall performance in selection process. Selected candidates will get appointed for the period of 1 year and extendable up to 3 years based on performance.

BEL Application Fee
Applicants should have to pay Rs. 200 as application fee for Trainee Engineer 1 recruitment in BEL. Fee should be paid through SBI Collect. PWD, SC and ST categories are exempted from payment of application fee.
