BEL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria

Age limit

• Candidate age limit should be maximum 65 years as on 01.02.2021 is mandatory to apply for this recruitment. Upper age limit is relaxable at the discretion of Management.
• Age relaxation of any category will not be entertained. Candidates should submit the age proof at the joining date. If failed then the candidate will be terminated directly

Education Qualification

Candidate should have MBBS degree from a recognized university is Mandatory to apply for this recruitment. Candidate should submit the Education Certificate at the time of joining. If failed to submit document then the applicant will be rejected directly.

Required Experience

Candidate should have Minimum 02 years post qualification experience as on 01.02.2021 is Mandatory. Candidate should submit the relevant document for having experience is mandatory.

BEL Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) per month (all inclusive). Payment will be made after deduction of applicable Tax. Candidate should be possessing Income Tax PAN card at the time of joining.

BEL Recruitment 2021 Job Description

Candidate should providing medical services & consultation to the employees and others working in our Factory.

1. Administrative Work: scrutiny and certification of
2. Employees’ medical bills (both out-patient & in-patient bills)
3. Pharmacy Bills (Both regular & retired employees)
4. Issue of Prescriptions for medicines & Referral Memos to regular employees for specialist treatment, lab tests/x-ray, scan etc
5. Issue of Prescriptions for lab tests/x-ray/scan etc to retired employees
6. Medical Claims of Retired Employees
7. Indenting for procurement of medicines for Medical Centre
8. Pre-Employment Medical Examination Report Verification & Certification for Fitness for permanent employment
9. Medical Certificates enclosed along with the leave applications
10. Cases of Emergency admissions in non-panel hospitals
11. You are required to make surprise visits to Panel Hospitals and assess the medical treatment and advise Management suitably.
12. You are also required to visit Panel Hospitals where the stay of the Employee/dependant is likely to exceed 15 days and advise further course of action including recommendation of further stay of the patient in the hospital.
13. You will also attend to any other jobs allotted by the Management from time to time. You shall report to the Head of Human Resources Division.
