Eligibility Criteria
IT Professional: Candidates should have completed BE or B.Tech in Information Technology or Information Science or Computer Science or Electronics with 4-5 years of experience in relevant field. Candidate needed to have knowledge of Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL Database and Administration (DBA).
Station Manager (RCS): Candidate should have completed MBA or PG Degree with specialization in Marketing from a recognized Institution or University. Candidate needed to have one year of work experience of handling airlines, GSAs and related fields.

Instructor (Mechanical Stream): Candidate should have BE degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Instruments Engineering with one year of work experience in Aviation field. Or candidate who have Basic AME Licence (BAMEL) in relevant category can also apply.
Instructor (Avionics Stream): Candidate needed to have basic AME License (BAMEL) in relevant category or BE in Electrical or Electronics or Instruments has passed Paper-III in the relevant category with one year post qualification practical / instructional experience in aviation industry. Candidate who completed Diploma in related field with 3 years of work experience can also apply.
BECIL Selection Process
Candidates will get selected based on prescribed company norms and requirement of the job. Selection process may include Skill Test or Written Exam or Interview or all 3 combined.
