BECIL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
General Manager (Personnel & Administration) – At least Post Graduate having Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management from a recognized Institute with minimum 12 years’ experience in Govt. Organization.
Deputy Manager (Trading/Business) – At least Graduate with minimum 5 years working experience in supervisory capacity in a Cooperative/Commercial Organization of reputed/Govt. of India.
Deputy Manager (Project) – Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute with minimum 10 years working experience in Planning, Organizing and Developing various projects, building construction etc.
