BARC Recruitment 2020 Released. Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) is hiring candidates for Scientist Officer of Medical/ Scientific Officer-D (Obstetrics & Gynecology), Medical/ Scientific Officer-D (Dental Surgeon – Pedodontia), Medical/ Scientific Officer-D (Radiology), Medical /Scientific Officer-C (General Duty Medical Officer), Medical /Scientific Officer-C (Medical), Technical Officer-C (Chemistry), Technical Officer-C (Mechanical Engg.) and Technical Officer-C (Instrumentation/Electronic Engg Posts. All interested candidates can apply to the posts through the online mode which will be activated till 15^th April 2020. The candidates will be selected for the academic programme based on their performance in Interview. In case, the response is more, this Research Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview by conducting screening test of the eligible candidates. The decision of the Research Centre will be final and binding.

BARC Medical/ Scientific Officer-D Vacancy 2020:

They are totally 08 vacancies for the post of Medical/ Scientific Officer-D (Obstetrics & Gynecology), Medical/ Scientific Officer-D (Dental Surgeon – Pedodontia), Medical/ Scientific Officer-D (Radiology), Medical /Scientific Officer-C (General Duty Medical Officer), Medical /Scientific Officer-C (Medical), Technical Officer-C (Chemistry), Technical Officer-C (Mechanical Engg.) and Technical Officer-C (Instrumentation/Electronic Engg.

BARC Medical/ Scientific Officer-D Educational Qualification 2020:

MD / M.S./ DNB equivalent in Gynecology from a recognized University. Preference shall be given to the candidates with experience of post graduate residency. Additional preference shall be for the candidates with experience in endoscopic surgery and teaching.
D.S. (Pedodontia) from a recognized University.
D./ DNB or equivalent in Radio-diagnosis from a recognized University
MBBS with one-year institutional experience. Mandatory internship shall not be counted as experience.
Sc in Chemistry with ≥ 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University.
E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical discipline ≥ 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University.

BARC Medical/ Scientific Officer-D Age Limit 2020:

Candidates do not Exceeding 18 years to 40 years of age.

BARC Medical/ Scientific Officer-D Selection Process 2020:

Selection will be on the basis of performance in personal interview. In case, the response is more, this Research Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview by conducting screening test of the eligible candidates. The decision of the Research Centre will be final and binding.

BARC Medical/ Scientific Officer-D Application Process 2020:

Mode of payment of the Application Fee is through Online. Rs.– `500/- (Rupees five hundred only)

Payment Procedure –

The Application number generated after the submission of the online application is required to make the online payment of the application fee and hence submission of application is mandatory before the online payment of application fees. However, fee NOT paid will be treated as incomplete application and hence will be rejected.
For payment of fee, candidates should click on the ‘Make Payment’ option under the ‘My Account’ menu. The Application number generated while submission of application can be selected from the Drop-down box and on clicking the ‘submit’ button candidates can go to the next pages for making the online payment.
A detailed guideline for payment of application fee is available under the menu “Payment of fees” “How to apply”.
Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances and cannot be held in reserve for any other recruitment.
Application fee should be paid on or before the last date of receipt of online applications.

Note – Candidates belonging to SC/ST, Persons with Disability and Women candidates are exempted from payment of this fee

Copies of Certificate:

At the time of written test/Interview, candidates should submit along with their application an attested SINGLE COPY of the certificates in support of:

Educational qualifications, experience (as applicable) and technical qualifications (supported by appropriate mark sheets indicating the subjects offered at the examinations).
Date of birth/Proof of age.
SC/ST certificate should be issued by authorized authority in the prescribed format and the caste/community should have been included in the Presidential orders in relation to the concerned state. (As per the format given at *Annexure-1).(Applicable in case of fee exemption & Applicable for post DR/06, DR/07 & DR/08)
OBC candidate’s caste certificate should be issued by authorized authority in the prescribed format with non-creamy layer certificate and the caste/community should have been included in the Central lists of Other Backward Caste. The crucial date for determining the OBC non-creamy layer certificate will be the closing date of on-line application (15/04/2020). The OBC candidates should also enclose self declaration of non-creamy layer status in the format as given in *Annexure-2. (Applicable for post DR/06, DR/07 & DR/08)
OBC for the purpose of AGE RELAXATION AND RESERVATION will mean “persons of OBC categories not belonging to the Creamy Layer” as defined in Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training OM No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.93, modified vide Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training OM No.36033/3/2004-Estt.(Res) dated 09.03.2004 and 14.10.2008, and latest modification vide Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training OM No.360331/1/2013-Estt.(Res) dated 27.05.2013 (as per the format given in *Annexure-3) & latest modification vide Govt. of India DOPT OM. NO. 36033/1/2013-Estt (Res.) dated 13/09/2017. (Applicable for post DR/06, DR/07 & DR/08)
Proof to the effect that they have been affected by 1984 riots (as applicable).
Certificate regarding domiciled in Kashmir Division from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 (if claiming age relaxation for Kashmir division.
