IBA Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Details:
- According to the Bank of India Recruitment 2021 notification candidate’s age limit should not exceed 62 years as on 1st May 2021
- Those who have retired as GM/CGM of Public Sector Banks/RBI/or equivalent post in Pvt. Sector Banks.
- Candidate should have at least 5 years’ relevant experience Minimum experience of 1 year in HR & IR as CGM/GM/DGM

Bank of India Jobs 2021 Salary:
- Candidates who will get selected as IBA Senior Advisor will receive salary of Rs. 1,58,000/- per month (all inclusive) + Reimbursement of Conveyance Expenses of Rs. 15000/- + Reimbursement of Telephone Expenses of Rs.2,000/- per month.
- IBA will not be providing any accommodation and the selected candidate should make his own arrangement for the same.
IBA Senior Advisor Recruitment Job Details:
- This Engagement will be on contract basis for a period not exceeding 3 years. The Areas of Senior Advisor is HR & IR
- Key responsibilities of Senior Advisor will primarily include issues pertaining to Industry level HR & IR and wage negotiations in the Banking Industry
