Bank of India Eligibility Criteria

Bank of India Age Limit

Candidate age limit for Faculty post age limit is minimum 25 years and maximum 65 years, and for Attendant is minimum 18 years and maximum 65 years as on 31.08.2022 subject to physical fitness is needed.

Education Qualification and Required experience

For Faculty

Candidate should have minimum Graduation, Diploma in vocational courses preferable, shall have a flair for teaching and possess sound computer knowledge, Excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in Hindi and English would be an added qualification.

Candidate shall be proficient in MS Office and Internet, Typing skills in Hindi/English will be an added advantage and would be given to the candidate residing in the same district as RSETI.

For Attendant

Candidate should have Matriculation qualification from government recognized university/institution and candidate should preferably be resident of the district as RSETI.

Bank of India Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Faculty post is Rs.20,000/- PM, maximum Rs.250/- per diem, for taking on the job training wherever required at site, other than the institute, to be approved by RSETI In-charge/Director based on the responsibility of the same and for Attendant vacancy salary is Rs.8000/- PM (No other allowances/reimbursement of expenses will be admissible)from the respective board.

Bank of India Selection Process

For Faculty: Candidates are shortlisted based on Written Test, Personal Interview and Demonstration/Presentation. Only those candidates who qualify in Written exam will be called for Interview/Presentation.

For Attendant: the selection is based on performance in interview. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 50% (50 out of 100). Decision of the bank in this regard will be final.
