BOB Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Financial Literacy Centre Counselor (FLCC) – Candidates must have completed a graduate degree from recognized University. Preference will be given to having post graduate degree in the area of Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology and Social work and should be well conversant with the local language.
Head – Wealth Management Services – Applicants shall passed Bachelor’s degree recognized by Govt. / Govt. Bodies / UGC / AICTE or it’s Equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates who possess 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma qualification in Management with Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Bank/ Broking/ Security/ Investment/ Asset Management firm in Wealth Management out of which 03 Years of experience at Senior/ Head level Position.

BOB Recruitment 2022 Salary Package:
A consolidated remuneration per month will Rs. 15000/- plus maximum Rs.5000/- towards conveyance expenses on reimbursement basis (Total Rs. 20000). The reimbursement of conveyance will expenses be of subject to number of meetings/camps conducted per month Rs. 3000/- if less than10 camps conducted per month and Rs. 5000/- if more than – 10- camps per month.

Selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or any other selection method. Bank reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) any of the criteria, method of selection and provisional allotment etc.
BOB Recruitment 2022 Application Fees:
Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) of Rs. 600/-for General /EWS and OBC candidates (plus applicable GST & transaction charges) and Rs.100/- (Intimation charges only) for SC/ ST/PWD/Women candidates (plus applicable GST & transaction charges) will be applicable.
