BOB Age Limit
Age limit of the candidate should be calculates as on 01-04-2021
- For the post of Sr. Relationship Manager candidates age limit should between 24 years to 35 years
- For e- Wealth Relationship Manager candidates age limit should 23 years to 35 years
- For Territory Head the age limit should between 27 to 40 years
- For Group Head and Head (Operations & Technology) candidates age limit should between 31 years to 45 years
- For Product Head (Investment & Research) candidates age limit should between 28 years to 45 years
- For Digital Sales Manager and IT Functional Analyst Manager age limit should between 26 years to 35 years
- For the post of Chief Economist & Public Relation Officer age limit should between 35 years to 55 years
- For FLC Maximum age at the time of appointment on contract should not be more than 64 years.
Bank of Baroda Relationship Manager Education Requirements
- For the post of Sr. Relationship Manager, e- Wealth Relationship Manager, Territory Head, Group Head, Product Head (Investment & Research) Product Head (Investment & Research), Head (Operations & Technology), Digital Sales Manager, IT Functional Analyst Manager candidate should have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized University or Institution by Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE. Candidates who have completed 2 years of post graduate Degree or Diploma in management and Regulatory Certifications such as NISM/IRDA will get advantages. Can for the above mentioned post candidates should have minimum 2 years to 10 years of work experience needed based on the post check the official Notification for Detailed qualification.
- For the post of chief Economist candidate should have completed Master’s degree in Economics with monetary economics or Econometrics from a recognized Indian or Foreign University and applicants who have completed doctorate degree in Economic or Banking or Finance from a recognized University will be preferred and each candidate should have minimum 10 years of work experience as Economist in commercial banks or any financial Institution
- For Financial Literacy Centre Counselor Candidate should completed graduation in any discipline from recognized university, candidates who has completed post graduate degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology and Social work will get preferred. Candidates should know local language on Rajasthan and posses flair for Teaching and computer knowledge and should have minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
Bank of Baroda Salary
- For all the posts except FLC Remuneration will be offered to selected candidate based on their Education Qualification, Previous Work Experience, Last Withdrawn salary, Overall suitability and market benchmarks for the respective posts. Based on the performance of the candidates salary get varied
- For FLCC at Bank of Baroda candidate will get paid Rs Rs15000 as basic pay with Rs.5000 as Conveyance Expenses on reimbursement basis. Candidate will get paid Rs. 3000 if he or she conducted 10 meetings/camps and Rs. 5000 if conducted more than 10 camps
Application Fee for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2021
For all the post except FLCC Candidate show have to pay Rs. 600 as application if applicant should have to pay Rs. 600 is he/she belongs to OBC and candidate should have to pay Rs. 100 if candidate belongs to SC/ST/PWD and women candidates.
BOB Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview process based on Educational qualification, experience and overall suitability. Interview contains GD/PI/and other selection method. Based on the performance of the interview candidate will get selected. If more candidates applied for this recruitment candidates will be shortlisted based on cut off marks and ranked according to their age. Minimum Qualifying marks for UR/EWS Candidates shall be 60% of the Marks and for SC/ST/OBC/PWD Candidates; the same shall be 55% of the Marks.
