BOB Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria
Age Limit:
Candidate maximum age at the time of appointment on contract should not be more than 64 years subject to good health is needed to apply for BOB Recruitment 2021.
Education Qualification
Candidate should have a graduate degree from recognized University preference should be given to having post graduate degree in the area of Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology and Social work is need. Candidate should be well conversant with the local language and should possess flair for teaching and computer knowledge also required.
Required Experience
Candidate should be an ex-banker with minimum 05 years of experience in any nationalized bank/RRB/Pvt.Ltd OR persons having minimum 05 years experience in banking with related fields, NBFs/FIs OR Business correspondent/BC-Coordinator with minimum 05 years of experience OR Ex RSETI Director/Faculty with minimum 05 years of experience is needed.
Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2021 Salary
- Shortlisted candidates for BOB FLCC Counsellor Recruitment 2021 are eligible to get a salary of Rs. 15,000/- plus maximum Rs. 5000/- towards conveyance expenses on reimbursement basis (total Rs. 20,000).
- Halting allowance for FLCC Counsellor will be Rs. 200/- and Rs. 500/-. It will be in addition to HA as to be paid.
Bank of Baroda Selection Process:
Candidates are shortlisted based on the suitability, Regional Office will shortlist and final candidate/s and intimate them within 15 days from the date of interview. The selected candidates have to finally execute an agreement with the Bank for a period 12 months before commencing their roles & responsibilities. The agreement will be signed by selected BC supervisors and bank official.
