BOB Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria
Age Limit:
Candidate maximum age at the time of appointment on contract should not be more than 64 years subject to good health is needed to apply for BOB Recruitment 2021.
Education Qualification
A graduate degree from a recognised university is required, with a preference for postgraduate degrees in the fields of agriculture, veterinary science, sociology, psychology, and social work. The ideal candidate will be fluent in the local language, have a passion for teaching, and have basic computer skills.

Required Experience
Candidate should be an ex-banker with minimum 05 years of experience in any nationalized bank/RRB/Pvt.Ltd OR persons having minimum 05 years experience in banking with related fields, NBFs/FIs OR Business correspondent/BC-Coordinator with minimum 05 years of experience OR Ex RSETI Director/Faculty with minimum 05 years of experience is needed.
Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2021 Salary
- Shortlisted applicants for BOB FLCC Counsellor Recruitment 2021 are entitled for a remuneration of Rs. 15,000/- plus a maximum reimbursement of Rs. 5000/- for transportation expenses (total Rs. 20,000).
- FLCC Counsellors would be paid a halting allowance of Rs. 200 and Rs. 500. It will be paid in addition to the HA.
Bank of Baroda Selection Process:
Candidates are screened based on their appropriateness, and the Regional Office will shortlist and finalise candidates within 15 days after the interview date. Before beginning their tasks and responsibilities, the shortlisted applicants must sign an agreement with the Bank for a term of 12 months. Selected BC supervisors and bank officials will sign the deal.
