BOB Recruitment 2022 Eligibility criteria:
Education Qualification:
Business Correspondent Supervisor – Ex-banker with minimum 3 years of experience in rural banking in any nationalized Bank, maximum age at the time of appointment can be up to 64-vears.
OR
Candidate with minimum graduate and good computer knowledge in 21 to 45 years of age group
FLC Counsellor – candidates should have a graduate degree from recognized University. Preference should be given to having post graduate in the area of Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, psychology and social work.
- Candidates should be well conversant with the local language.
- Candidates should possess flair for teaching and computer knowledge

Candidates should have maximum age limit 64 years as on last date of application.

Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
Candidates for the role will be chosen through an interview procedure. The candidates will be graded by the interview panel based on the characteristics specified in the official notification. The final grade will be based on the average of all members of the interview panel.
Bank of Baroda Pay Scale 2022:
Business Correspondent Supervisor – the shortlisted candidates shall get the salary Rs 15000 to 25000 per month.
FLC Counsellor – The salary for the post is Rs.18000/- plus maximum Rs. 5000/- towards conveyance expenses on reimbursement basis (total Rs. 23000).
