BOB Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria

Age Limit:

Candidate maximum age at the time of appointment on contract should not be more than 64 years subject to good health and BC Supervisor age limit should be 65 years is needed to apply for BOB Recruitment 2021.

Education Qualification

For FLC Counselor

A graduate degree from a recognised university is required, with a preference for postgraduate degrees in the fields of agriculture, veterinary science, sociology, psychology, and social work. The ideal candidate will be fluent in the local language, have a passion for teaching, and have basic computer skills.

For BC Supervisor

Candidate should have Minimum qualification should be graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however qualification like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCNMBA will be given preference for Young candidates and for retired bank employee candidate should Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager and Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with good track record is needed.

Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2021 Salary

Shortlisted applicants for BOB FLCC Counsellor Recruitment 2021 are entitled for a remuneration of Rs. 15,000/- plus a maximum reimbursement of Rs. 5000/- for transportation expenses (total Rs. 20,000) and for BC Supervisor post salary is 15,000/- and variable component is Rs. 10,000/- PM from the respective board.
