Assistant Manager Job Description
IT: Demonstrates a detailed knowledge and understanding of large Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and ODS. Candidate should be an expert in Data Integration, Data profiling, Data Quality and Metadata Management, and Data Pipeline. Candidates needed to have proficiency in translating high level business problem statements to detailed technical designs/solutions. Experience in Agile Development and CI/CD.
Business Continuity Plan: Ensure personnel only have access to the sensitive information for which they have appropriate authority and clearance. Ensure controls in place against unauthorized access to workstations and related equipment. Set the access and authorization controls for everyday operations as well as emergency procedures for data. Set the standards for access controls, audit trails, event reporting, encryption and integrity controls.
Information Security: Liaise with key infrastructure teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and convey business needs/expectations. Develop and execute the maintenance and testing programs for all business continuity plans as per the requirements. Direct and supervise plan maintenance processes and execution. Design and facilitate tests and exercises on the business plans and crisis management execution. Create or administer training and awareness presentations or materials.
