Bank Of Baroda Eligibility Criteria 2021:

    For Retired Bank Employees:

• Retired officers (including voluntary retirees) from any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed.
• Retired clerks and Bank of Baroda equivalents who have passed JAIIB and have an excellent track record
• All applicants who are retired bank employees must have at least three years of rural banking experience.
• BC supervisors will be allowed to work until they are 65 years old.

For Young Candidates:

• A graduate degree with computer skills (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.) is required; however, qualifications such as M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA/MBA will be given preference.
• At the time of the appointment, you must be between the ages of 21 and 45.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Monitor 50-60 BCs assigned to them.
• Ensure that banking services are available to the identified villages/ SSAs (Sub Service Areas)/ Non-SSAs including communities in urban/metro areas.

Bank of Baroda Salary Details 2021:

The salary for the post is Rs. 15,000/- for fixed Component and Rs. 10,000/- for Variable Component.
