BOB Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria
Age Limit:
Candidates of Retired Bank employees age limit is 65 years and for Young candidates age limit should be 21 years to 45 years is mandatory.
Other Eligibility:
- Candidate must be an ex-banker with at least 3 years of experience in rural banking in any nationalised bank. BOB Recruitment 2021 needs a fresh individual with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and good computer skills is mandatory.
- Minimum qualification should be graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however qualification like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference. Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with good track record

Shortlisted candidates for BOB BC Supervisor Recruitment 2021 are eligible to get a salary of Rs. 15,000/- and variable component is Rs. 10,000/- per month.
BOB Selection process 2021
- The application form should be submitted in hard copies to the concerned Regional Office either through speed post/registered post courier or in person. Based on the suitability of the candidates, Regional Office will shortlist the final candidate/s and intimate them within 15 days from the date of interview.
- The Regional Office will sent intimation to the short listed candidates through email only giving details about the date, time and venue of the interview.
Training:
- The Regional Office will conduct a comprehensive -2- day training program for the BC Supervisors.
- All the topics related to day to day activities will be covered in the training program.
