- Connecting business users with solution providers through project management and Change management on identified use cases in the domain of Voice to create scalable Organization capability.

- Initiating Capex /Opex procedures in case additional technological requirements arise for the project.

- Flag potential issues to management to ensure smooth operation of the initiative
