Candidates should have pass in Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 3-4 years (also graduates with experience of 5-6 years may apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments / corporate sales experience.
Area Manager – B2B Dealer Banker/Senior Area Manager – B2B Dealer Banker:
- CA/MBA Finance with 4-6 years of relevant lending experience.
- Should have a strong entrepreneurial competency
- Should possess good communication and inter personal skills with an ability to work in multi-tasking environment
- Experience in SME lending/mortgages will be an added advantage.
- Should possess entrepreneur skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and result orientation
- Result orientation and problem solving approach.

Area Manager – Business Loans/Senior Area Manager – Business Loans:
- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
- Achieving & exceeding Business goals.
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- Meeting up with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL
- Negotiation with the builders for getting business in a cost effective manner
- Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
- Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Ensuring that Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings is done on time and in an effective manner.
- Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
- Sales & Collect Model – Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio.

- Responsible for acquisition of BFLТs CD dealers and deepening the relationship for the following Pre-approved products
- Revolving Line of credit
- LAP, HL,
- LAP/HL Flexi loans
- Business Loans
- Responsible for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics:
- Maintain regular customer connect
- To complete renewals on time.
- Loan book size, higher utilisation
- Portfolio credit quality (i.e. Delinquencies & Cost of Credit)
- Interest Spreads
- Cross Sell
- Healthy portfolio mix
- Develop annual account plans for Retailers
- Effective monitoring, tracking and closing exceptions, deferrals and deviations.
- Delinquency management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers.
