• They need to achieve individual sales target with focus on topline, interest income and fee income growth
• The selected candidates are responsible for source new auto dealer/ clients for dealer finance, working capital, term loan and other allied products.
• They should enhance and deepen the relationships with existing dealer/ clients.
• The aspirants need to do cross sell other SCF products to dealer and anchors
• The Relationship Manager has to work closely with auto retail lending team in respective locations to ensure maximum SCF Penetration in their client base
• Relationship Manager need to identify risks proactively, collect market feedback of dealers and work closely with OEM Relationship management team, CO team teams and credit team to mitigate the same in a timely fashion and others
