• While representing IT the candidate will work as Project/Program Manager in the IT PMO team, He/she should track Program/Project/Change Requests in a timely manner,He/she should be self-driven and will be providing necessary governance, guidance & supportcommunication to other project managers.He/she will be coordinating with different stakeholders, internal and external in line with programdeliverables.
• He/she should have good knowledge and handling of projects and program management methodologies & techniques, Strong leadership and management skills and innovative in resolving problems.He/she will be a key to drive change in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Driving an organization wide program based on program mandate and business case
• To gain clear vision of the strategy and translate the same into execution
• Maintain strategic alignment between the program and the organization
• Defining the program governance (controls), planning overall program & monitoring progress
• Governance & tracking Program(s) schedule, timelines & budget
• Create CxO level presentations & drive program(s) level discussions / meetings effectively
• “Lead by example” to the transformational change brought by the program
