For Production Support Analyst

Candidate should Manage Interactions/ tickets queue and resolve in timely manner, Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone, Help the users in solving understanding or data related issues, Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation, Troubleshoot minor and major user problems in a timely manner is mandatory.

Knowledge /Technical Capability, Familiarity with Enterprise level application and tools, Experience with SQL and Oracle or SQL Server databases added advantage, Client/server or web based application knowledge and application support experience must and Knowledge of infrastructure components would be added advantage, JIRA experience is plus.

For Supply Chain Finance / Business System Analyst

Candidate having 8+ years of experience in SCF-Supply Chain Finance domain, Candidate should be proficient in conducting feasibility study, scoping and preparing/ wiring relevant docs such as BRD/FSD/ Solution etc, Candidate should shave experience in cloud setup, Candidate should have experience in implementing Java / .Net technology related application, Candidate should have experience in Web Portal implementation of SCF related domain is needed.
