Assam Offline Classes in Schools from 08 January Due to Amid COVID in Peak till Jan 30, 2022!! Details Here. Schools are closed in Kamrup-Metropolitan district from January 08 (Classes till 8th STD). All other district to shut down for everyone from 08 January till 5th Class. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that no physical Classes in Schools from 08 January Due to Amid COVID in Peak till Jan 30, 2022.

Due to arising COVID virus spreading in peak the schools are remain closed from 08 Jan for some districts for the sake of the students. It is announced by the CM of Assam for Kamrup-Metropolitan district & all other districts. This is the announcement for all the students from 1st to 8th STD.

Be safe in the home and take the measures such as sanitizing, wearing mask and others. Other revised guidelines are also announced by them. Sarma said that restaurants will be operating at a 100%for only vaccinated peoples.

Assam Govt CM said that patients who are Below Poverty Level (BPL) can provided treatment free from cost who are affected by COVID viruses. According to the National Health Mission 2,354 Covid cases are reported from December 28, 2021 and January 5, 2022. Many patients are admitted for past two weeks report says. 591 new coronavirus cases arrived. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said, first Omicron patient admitted & 8700 beds with 2633 oxygen beds, and 1000 ICU beds are available & 25,000 hospital beds are in good condition.
