Around 30,000 IT Professionals are Affected Due to Delay Onboarding – Here are the Details!! India’s leading IT companies Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and Accenture delaying hiring new employees, reports said. According to Harpreet Singh Saluja, president of the IT Employees Association (NITES), about 30,000 IT professionals have been affected by the delay of onboarding for 12 months.

Regarding this, he said that the number of technicians affected by the delay in onboarding was around 30,000. Meanwhile, some of the affected technicians and professionals say they are struggling to pay off their education loans as they have been recruited directly from the colleges but not placed.
